When you suffer a loss, you have a lot on your mind. Your first priority will be making sure you and your family are safe. Call your insurance carrier at the number below as soon as possible. Calling the carrier directly allows for fastest service, especially when your loss occurs outside of business hours.
When reporting your claim, please provide the following information:
- Insurance policy number
- Date of loss
- Facts surrounding the loss
- Police and fire department information, if they have been involved
- Driver, vehicle and witness information for auto claims
After your initial report, you should hear back from a claims adjuster within 24 – 48 hours. If you are not contacted within this time frame, or should you need additional advice regarding your claim, please contact your General Southwest agent at 480-990-1900.
